2. Scope of application
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services offered by Catherine Moir Wolfe, clinical psychologist, to private clients of legal age acting for personal and non-professional purposes.
They govern the following services in particular, without this list being exhaustive:
- individual clinical psychology consultations, conducted by videoconference or in person;
- discussion groups, in the office, by videoconference, or within organizations;
- one-off interventions in organizations or institutions;
- as well as any future support, training, or group programs related to the field of psychology, particularly in the areas of couples and families
These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole basis of the contractual relationship between the Professional and the Client. They prevail over any other document, except for special conditions expressly accepted in writing by the parties.
Any appointment, registration, or acceptance of a quote implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
3. Description of services
3.1 Individual consultations
The Professional offers individual psychological support exclusively for adults.
Individual consultations may take the following forms:
- : lasting fifty (50) minutes, these sessions are part of a therapeutic framework defined jointly by the Professional and the Client.
- Projective assessment consultation: a series of four sessions based on a projective methodology.
Individual consultations are conducted either by videoconference or in person at the office located in Toulouse, when this option is offered by the Professional.
3.2 Discussion groups
The Professional may offer discussion groups for adults, either by videoconference or in person.
Discussion groups generally last between one and a half hours (1.5 hours) and two hours (2 hours). The practical details (topics, frequency, number of participants, duration, registration conditions, and price) are specified prior to the Client's participation.
3.3 Interventions within organizations
The Professional may intervene, on an ad hoc or regular basis, within organizations such as associations, establishments, or institutions, in particular to lead discussion groups or specific psychological support activities.
These services are subject to a prior estimate specifying the terms of intervention, financial conditions, and any specific constraints.
3.4 Future services
These general terms and conditions are also intended to apply to any future services offered by the Professional in the field of psychology, in particular couples and family counseling, training, group programs, or prevention activities, subject to the Client being informed in advance of their specific terms and conditions.
4. Geographic scope and language
The services offered by the Professional are intended exclusively for adults.
Consultations are primarily intended for people residing in metropolitan France. However, videoconference consultations may be offered to Clients residing outside France, provided that the regulations applicable in their place of residence authorize this type of remote psychological support.
Services are provided in French, English, or German, depending on the Client's choice and subject to the Professional's prior agreement.
The Client acknowledges that they have been informed that, in the context of remote consultations, it is their responsibility to verify that their personal, linguistic, and geographical situation is compatible with the legislation in force, particularly with regard to psychological support, personal data protection, and applicable local regulations.
5. Making appointments
Appointments may be made by the Client via the management software used by the Professional, by email, or by any other means agreed between the parties.
All appointment requests must be confirmed by the Professional. The contract is deemed to be concluded upon such confirmation.
The Professional reserves the right to refuse or postpone an appointment request, particularly in the event of unavailability, non-compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale, or for any other legitimate reason.

6. Rates
The rates for the services offered by the Professional are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).
The applicable rates are those in effect on the day the appointment is made or the quote is accepted, and are communicated to the Client prior to any service.
For information purposes, the rates are as follows:
- Individual follow-up consultation (50 minutes): 60 €
- Participation in a discussion group: €40 to €50 per person per session
- Projective assessment: €300 for four sessions + assessment time
- Interventions within structures or establishments: rates set by mutual agreement between the parties and formalized in a quote or written agreement.
The rates applicable to discussion groups, interventions in structures, and specific services may vary depending on the duration, number of participants, intervention methods, and specific constraints, and are subject to prior notification or a quote.
The Professional reserves the right to modify their rates at any time. However, any rate changes will not have retroactive effect on services that have already been confirmed.
7. Payment terms
7.1 Accepted payment methods
Payment for services can be made using the following payment methods:
- for face-to-face consultations: cash, check, credit card;
- for consultations conducted via videoconference: bank transfer, secure payment link, or PayPal.
Payments via secure links are processed by secure payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
7.2 Payment due date
Payment for services is not required in full before they are provided.
For in-person consultations, payment is made during the session.
For consultations conducted via videoconference, payment is made immediately after the session.
For interventions in structures or establishments, the terms of payment are specified in the quote or agreement established between the parties.
7.3 Invoicing
Invoices are issued by the Professional and sent to the Client electronically, in particular via the management software used by the Professional.
8. Cancellation and absence
8.1 Cancellation by the Client
The Client is entitled to three (3) free cancellations per calendar year,provided that the cancellation is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the date and time of the appointment.
Any cancellation made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment, as well as any cancellation exceeding the number of free cancellations allowed per calendar year, may result in the full session being billed,except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
8.2 Unreported absence
Any absence of the Client from an appointment that has not been canceled in advance is considered a session due and is billable in full.
8.3 Cancellation or postponement by the Professional
In the event of cancellation or postponement of an appointment by the Professional, the Client shall be informed as soon as possible and the appointment shall be postponed at no charge. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has, in principle, a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract when it is concluded remotely or outside of business premises.
However, when the Customer expressly requests the start of psychological support before the expiry of the withdrawal period, in particular by setting a first appointment on a date compatible with this period, they acknowledge that the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for services that have been fully performed, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Psychological support is defined as a comprehensive processbased on a series of sessions, rather than a succession of independent services. Consequently, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised repeatedly or abusively after sessions have been carried out as part of this process.
The Client is informed that any session carried out remains due and billable, including in the event of interruption of the follow-up at the Client's initiative.
10. Nature of support and limitations
The services offered by the Professional are exclusively psychological support and fall within the scope of clinical psychology.
This support aims to provide a space for listening, support, and reflection, in accordance with the therapeutic framework defined jointly by the Professional and the Client. It does not constitute a medical act and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care or medication.
The Professional is bound by an obligation of means,not of results. Consequently, no guarantee of results can be given regarding the progress or outcome of the support.
The Client remains fully responsible for their personal decisions, choices, and actions, both during and after the support period.
11. Liability and insurance
The Professional shall use all necessary means to ensure the proper performance of the services, in accordance with the professional, ethical, and deontological rules applicable to the practice of psychology.
The Professional shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the inappropriate use of information, exchanges, or content provided during the coaching, nor in the event of voluntary interruption of the coaching at the Client's initiative.
The Professional undertakes to be covered by professional liability insurance in accordance with the regulations in force.
The Professional shall not be held liable in any way in the event of force majeure or events beyond their control.
12. Professional conduct and ethical complaints
The Professional shall carry out their activities in strict compliance with the ethical principles applicable to the profession of psychologist, as defined by the code of ethics for psychologists.
The Client is informed that the support offered is based in particular on respect for confidentiality, personal dignity, autonomy, and informed consent.
In the event of any ethical difficulties or questions relating to the support provided, the Client is invited, as a first step, to discuss them directly with the Professional in order to find a suitable solution.
If no amicable resolution can be reached, the Client may resort to the ethical complaint procedures provided for by the competent authorities in matters of professional ethics for psychologists.
13. Protection of personal data
In the course of their work, the Professional collects and processes personal data concerning the Client that is strictly necessary for the management of appointments, billing, and the provision of psychological support.
This data is processed confidentially and securely, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and current French legislation.
The Client's personal data is used exclusively for professional purposes and is not transferred or sold to third parties under any circumstances. However, it may be hosted or processed by technical service providers used by the Professional (in particular management software and videoconferencing tools), in compliance with security and confidentiality requirements.
The Customer has, under the conditions provided for by the regulations, a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection concerning their personal data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to the following email address: contact@catmoirwolfe.com.
A privacy policy detailing the methods of processing personal data is available to the Customer or may be made available at a later date.
14. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the option of recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute between them and the Professional.
If no direct amicable resolution can be reached, the contact details of the competent consumer mediator will be provided to the Customer upon request.
Recourse to consumer mediation is optional and does not constitute a mandatory prerequisite for taking legal action.
15. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or validity of these GTC, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution as a priority.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular those relating to territorial jurisdiction in matters of consumer protection.
